Diamond discs are only made from quality steel cores and extremely impact-resistant and temperature-resistant diamonds are used.
The diamond segments of the diamond wheel are made of specially developed for each application diamond mixture, in which the grain size and the concentration of the diamonds are optimally combined with a wear resistant metal bond on the basis of Co, Fe, Ni and bronze alloys.
